The figures reflect that CDIT has reviewed available information in relation to some of the reported deaths and decided that no further investigation is required. However, there is an obligation on COPFS to keep cases under review, including decisions in death investigations. Therefore, COPFS reserves the right to review and where appropriate, reopen cases at a future date.
