This Excel spreadsheet provides details of domestic abuse crimes reported to COPFS in Scotland in 2023-24 and earlier years.
The tables include details of the type of charges which were identified as relating to domestic abuse, court forum, a breakdown by sex and age of accused persons, a geographical breakdown by Procurator Fiscal Office and Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018 Section 1 (DASA) charges.
