Long cases practice note

The Lord Advocate has welcomed a new initiative that aims to ensure complex High Court cases are kept within reasonable time limits.
Lady Dorrian, the Lord Justice Clerk, introduced this year’s first High Court practice note, “The Management of Lengthy or Complex Criminal Cases” at a gathering of judges and practitioners in the High Court in Glasgow.
