Prosecution in the Public Interest

The Lord Advocate, James Wolffe QC, delivered the Apex Scotland annual lecture on the subject of “Prosecution in the Public Interest”.

Speaking at the Signet Library, Edinburgh on 5 September he explored prosecutorial independence, decision making, judgement and the wider range of appropriate prosecutorial action.
