Parking facilities
There are no parking facilities at this office. Road-side parking is subject to availability and local restrictions. The Nearest drop kerb is approximately 3 metres from the office entrance.

Approach to reception area
The main entrance is via a double door. Only one door is opened during the day. The door opens outwards. There is a lift to our reception area.

Low level bell: There is no bell at our main entrance. Visitors using wheelchairs or with restricted mobility would be best to telephone prior to arrival at the office.

Our reception area is located on the first floor. Access is via the lift followed by a single door which opens inwards using a handle. Assistance may be required.

Approach to interview and conference rooms
The interview rooms are adjacent to the reception area and are accessible via a single security door. The conference rooms are situated on the second floor. Access would be via the lift followed by a single security door.

Our office welcomes guide dogs
The dog's comfort is your responsibility but we will provide a bowl of water on request.

The lift has raised floor indicator buttons; ''voice-over' floor and door alerts. Please ask our staff if you need any assistance
Emergency evacuation
Audible emergency alarms: High pitched siren
Our staff have a responsibility to ensure that they accompany any visitors during an emergency evacuation to the muster point designated in local Fire Evacuation Plans. Visitors must not be left unattended and should be accompanied at all times during an emergency evacuation until the all clear is given for re-entry to the building. Where appropriate a suitable emergency evacuation plan will be in place to ensure safe evacuation of disabled persons during an emergency situation.

We have a mobile Hearing Induction Loop that can be used in our reception area, interview rooms or conference room.

Our staff are issued with good-practice guidance and we will make efforts to provide adequate lighting in any interview space to suit your needs.

If you need us to have an interpreter available, you must let us know as soon as possible, so that we have enough time to arrange this.
